Ex-Virginia school board candidate accused of attacking police on Jan. 6

On January 6, 2021, Jacob Fracker, a former Virginia school board candidate, was arrested along with several other people for attacking law enforcement officers at the U.S. Capitol. Fracker faces charges of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and other offenses.
