Trump’s speech will be limited to protect trial, witnesses, judge orders

In order to protect the integrity of the trial, witnesses, and the judge's orders, any public speeches or comments made by President Trump related to the trial will be limited. This includes any interviews or press conferences. Additionally, any tweets or remarks made by the President about the trial, witnesses, or the judge, should not be made. This is in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice which states that military personnel cannot engage in any “contemptuous words” towards any superior officers or persons in a court martial proceeding. Furthermore, it is important for the President to remain respectful to the trial process, and any comments made by him must adhere to the guidelines set forth by the judge.
