Dr. Kevin O’Connor is a physician who serves the White House and has been closely tied to the Biden family for many years. He was appointed as Joe Biden's physician when Biden was Vice President under Barack Obama's presidency, and continued to serve Biden throughout his 2020 presidential campaign.
